A young girl was gang-raped by four men who are close cousins on 18 April 2015.
Ouch Bo, coordinator of Kampot’s ADHOC, said the victim who is from Angkol commune, Kep’s Damnak Chang-Er district and works in Thailand was immediately intoxicated by her close cousins and then brought to rape in group at Sraengtraeng located in Kep’s Okrasar commune. The victim has remained in hospital due to her seriousness.
The two of four perpetrators were arrested and then sent to jail on 20 April 2015 after being questioned by police.
