8 years old girl was rape by her elder-brother

A girl, Y.NG. D. N, called S. D,8 years old, was raped by her elder-brother, on 4^th December 2014, at 00 at the west, 50 m from their house, Konleng Romas village, Pichmony commune, Kong Pisey district, K. Speu province. The victim said that she was rape by her elder brother, Yong. V, Kh. 17 years old, attempt to rape her 2 times ready, but the last time was seen by the neighbors.

After, the intervention by ADHOC through phone call to the police, the perpetrators were arrested and put into provincial-prison. ADHOC keep investigate the case and is providing legal counsel to the victim and her family. ADHOC keep monitoring and investigate on Impunity case.
