The Publication Program produces a monthly bulletin about human rights (“Neak Chea”) and publishes materials on human rights and legal awareness.
– 12,000 copies of Neak Chea bulletin are published every month and distributed to NGO partners, state institutions and to all ADHOC city-provincial branch offices. Neak Chea offers articles related to violations perpetrated by the authorities, and articles on violations of both civil and political rights, as well as social, economic and cultural rights. Neak Chea is strategically focused on medium-level informed people.
