The urban poor community 104-105 located next to Neakvoin pagoda and along side the railway in Phnom Penh, is now under threat of forced eviction after a fire on March 8, 2010. Local authorities have prevented people from re-constructing temporary shelters on the land and forced people to remove their huts to a new relocation site in suburb areas.
