Phnom Penh, 23 August 2012 — The Cambodian Human Rights and Development Association (ADHOC) has just been informed that the Phnom Penh Municipal Court agreed to delay the questioning of Mr. Chan Soveth, Deputy Head of its Monitoring Section No new date has been set. His lawyers requested such a delay on 22 August 2012. Therefore, there will be no gathering in front of the court on 24 August.
