The Cambodian Human Rights Development and Association (ADHOC) has organized a National Workshop on “Dialogue on Promoting Fundamental Freedom” with the aim of opening a dialogue between local communities with senior government officials; providing a forum for community’s representatives expressing their grave concern, challenge, and raised concrete recommendation to rightsholders, to fulfil and respect for fundamental rights and expand the democratic space for civil society. There were 150 participants.
