Admissibility of Civil Parties in Case 002
The Office of the Co-Investigating Judges (OCIJ) has ruled on the admissibility of 3988 submitted Civil Party applications this month (1821 were submitted over ADHOC).
The Co-Investigating Judges have declared so far 2123 applications admissible. However a number of inadmissible decisions have been appealed by the Civil Party lawyers.
To this point 1053 Civil Parties were recognized who submitted their Victims Information Form over ADHOC. With this decision ADHOC is starting to further strengthen the nationwide Civil Party Representative system to ensure the communication with the Civil Parties across Cambodia.
